Features:
The TSR4000 features two temperature sensing channels using linear voltage sensing technology with a sensitivity of 10 mV/°C and an operating sensing range from -50°C to +100°C.
The system supports multiple wheel sensor types including mechanical treadle, inductive proximity, and photo electric sensors, with a 15-volt, 0.2-amp excitation supply.
The TSR4000 operates on 115V or 230V AC power at 50–60 Hz with a total power consumption of 40 VA.
Designed for industrial environments, the TSR4000 operates within temperatures of -10°C to +40°C and supports humidity levels from 10% to 90%, with an IP20 protection rating.
The system includes two serial ports with jumper-selectable RS232 or RS422 communication support for flexible integration.
The TSR4000 supports RS232C and RS422 communication interfaces with configurable enquiry, Asis, and Eureka data protocols, enabling reporting for transducer weight, wheel weight, vehicle weight, train weight, and operational status data.
